We maintain our inventory and if the product is shown on our website, it should be in stock. It usually only takes 24 hours or so to get things ready if demand is not too heavy. You will get an email notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Remember, you can always order ahead of time and keep in your freezer for your special event since our product is frozen.

You can pickup orders at our office at 466 N. Guignard Drive, Sumter SC 29150. If you prefer to purchase from one of our retail partners, please check the “SHOP” section of our website to find a retailer near you.

You can pickup orders placed online after you receive a notification from us that your order is ready. Pickup hours are 9am-2pm.

Ordering online will give you the option to pay with a credit card (and Apple Pay if using mobile) or pay with cash/card at pickup. If you plan to pay at pickup, just select “cash payment” and bring exact change or make checks payable to “The Savory Sister”.

Our gourmet cheese wafer dough logs are hand made here in Sumter SC in a commercial kitchen and packaged for pickup. They are a perishable product due to the presence dairy products and require refrigeration. We recommend keeping the product frozen until you are ready to enjoy. Each cheese wafer dough log should yield approximately 30-40 wafers depending on how thick you slice. We recommend approximate 1/4” slices for best results and cook times.

1. Thaw for 30 minutes. 2. Slice into approximately 1/4 inch rounds. 3. Bake at 350 degrees on nonstick or parchment paper lined baking sheet for 12-14 minutes. For best results, brush with melted unsalted butter and sprinkle with coarse sea salt. Enjoy!
