  • All of our perishable orders are shipped via Fedex Monday through Wednesday. Dry goods are shipped 5-days a week. 

     

    Minimum order for shipping is 3 logs. We package each order in a box, with a thermal liner along with dry ice to ensure they remain cold in transit. Please note, your perishable order will arrive cool to the touch and not necessarily frozen.

     

    Items shipped directly from Charlotte, North Carolina. Our products are perishable and require no more than a 2-day transit time. Shipping costs are based on the amount of product, weight of box, and transit time due to perishable items needing to arrive quickly.

     

    It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the recipient's shipping address is correct and available for delivery. We cannot ship to a PO Box. The Savory Sister is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information.
